How To Apply

You may download applications at the bottom of this page.

The following documentation is submitted Along with an application:

1. Identification

• A Driver’s License or,
• A non-driver’s license picture ID

2. Income

• Pay Stubs from your employer (at least 2 pay stubs);
• If applicable, Award Letter from SSI/SSD;
• If applicable, Child Support Documentation

3. References

• Provide your current and previous landlord name, address and phone number.
• If you have never rented before, professional reference letters can be submitted instead.

Application Processing Consists of the following steps:

• Application Review
• Credit History Check
• Criminal History Check
• Landlord References Check
