
TRIP is committed to providing the best apartments at the most affordable cost. We employ 5 full-time permanent maintenance staff, and one seasonal person for lawns. Our on-call service is available after-hours to take your call and dispatch one of our maintenance staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Additionally, we do larger improvement projects each year. If you would like to see what TRIP plans for the next fiscal year, just ask to see a copy of the 2007 Capital Plans the next time you are in the office.
TRIP manages all apartments and concerns in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Law. A comprehensive policies and procedures manual can be reviewed at the TRIP rental offices at any time.
